We cook in our own kitchen at 8550 W Taft St in Merrillville, a few minutes from the I-65 / US-30 interchange, which puts most offices in Lake and Porter County inside a 25-minute delivery window.
Two ways to work with us. Delivered to you: hot breakfast or lunch set up in your break room or conference room, with or without a server. Hosted by us: meetings, training days, award dinners and company parties at The Croatian Center, our 325-seat banquet hall with free parking, a sound system and microphone, and a full bar with hosted, tab or cash options.

One area organization has held its 170-person annual dinner with us three years running. Another brings its holiday party back every December. The reason is unglamorous: the food arrives hot and on time, the invoice matches the quote, and someone answers the phone. For a corporate order, that is most of what matters.

There's no per-person minimum for weekday breakfast and lunch — you pay the menu price. Small orders (under about 20) are usually best as drop-off; 20 and up we can staff. Saturday-night events carry a $50-per-person minimum.
Both. We deliver and set up hot buffets and breakfast at offices, plants, hospitals, schools and job sites across Lake and Porter County, and we host meetings, trainings and company dinners at The Croatian Center in Merrillville, which seats 325.
Yes. We invoice to the organization, and purchase-order and net-terms arrangements are available for established companies and institutions. A deposit holds the date for larger events.
The entrée, house salad, bread, butter and coffee. For office drop-off we include serving utensils and disposable plates and cutlery on request. Sales tax and gratuity (25% breakfast, 21% lunch, 18% dinner) are additional.
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and kosher-style plates, and labeled buffet items, are routine. Give us the count with the order.
For a weekday breakfast or lunch drop-off, 48 hours is comfortable and same-week is often possible. For a staffed event or a holiday party, two to three weeks. December fills early.
