We plan for it from September, because the good dates go early and because the food should never look like it came out of a December rush.
Two ways to do it. Host with us: The Croatian Center, 325 seats, permanent dance floor, full bar, free parking, weekday and Sunday dates with lower minimums. We come to you: hot buffet or plated dinner at your office, plant or a hall you've rented, with servers and — because we carry a traveling liquor license — a bartender who can legally pour at your location.

All meals include house salad, bread, butter and coffee. Tax and gratuity (18% dinner, 21% lunch) additional. Saturday nights carry a $50-per-person minimum. Full menu published.

Yes — Christmas Eve dinners, New Year's Eve parties, Thanksgiving for a big family, and December birthday and anniversary parties. Family-style dinner (choice of three meats) is $41.00 per person and is the way most families order.
Yes, and it's often the better choice for a company mixer. Pick three to five passed or stationed appetizers at $3.00–$5.50 per item per person, add a hosted or tab bar, and you're done. There's a $40 minimum for appetizer-only orders.
Your choice: hosted open bar at a package rate, a tab bar with a set limit, or a cash bar where guests pay. Bartenders are included with open-bar packages; a $100 bartender fee applies to cash and tab bars.
