Dimitri's Catering operates an SMS program to support customer service and event coordination. Messages may include:
You can opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at dimitriscatering.com, or by texting us directly at 219-736-1890 with your consent. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder to opt in.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and we will unsubscribe you. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS communications unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies based on your event timeline and what we're coordinating with you. Most customers receive between 1 and 6 messages per booked event. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages outside of event-related communications.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Dimitri's Catering does not charge you for messages. If you have questions about your carrier's rates, contact your carrier directly.
Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the SMS program described above and for our own customer service. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
You are not required to opt in to SMS to book catering with Dimitri's. You may choose Email or Phone Call as your preferred contact method on our contact form, and we'll communicate with you through that channel instead.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
